What’s your return policy?

Return any of our products-- We offer 60 days return policy of our products. No questions asked. Customer pays for the return shipping fee.

Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries.

Do you have customer service?

Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable customer services reps are available to answer your questions Monday - Friday 9 am to 6 pm Pacific Time.


Do you have a local agent or sale rep where we can see your machines?

We do not have any agent or other locations where you can see our machines besides our shop in South EL Monte, California. We choose to go direct so we can pass the saving to our customer.
